If it fails with an error, the charge is refunded automatically and in full.

When the work finishes, the charge is settled to its real cost: if it cost less, the difference returns to your wallet; if it cost more, only a limited extra is collected, never above the maximum you were shown or your balance.

Discounts multiply, they do not add
When several discounts apply at once their factors are multiplied, not summed. The result is slightly less than the naive total — and still substantial.
- Soft subtitles instead of burned-in: 10%
- You supply the source-language subtitle: 10%
- You supply the translated subtitle: 15%
- Audio-only input instead of video: 10%
So 10% and 15% together are 0.9 x 0.85 = 0.765 — about 23.5% off, not 25%.
One detail in your favour: each service's minimum charge is applied BEFORE the discounts, not after, so the price floor never swallows your discount.

Common questions
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. You top up a wallet and each job is deducted from it. If you run nothing, you pay nothing. The only monthly charge is a larger storage plan, if you choose one.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
You see an estimate and the most the job can cost, and the estimate is reserved. When the work finishes, the charge is settled to its real cost: if it cost less, the difference returns to your wallet; if it cost more, only a limited extra is collected, never above the maximum you were shown or your balance.
How is tax handled?
VAT of 10% is charged only when you top up your wallet. Project charges carry no separate tax, because it was already paid at top-up.
Do I get a refund if a project fails?
Yes, automatically and in full. In the Video Studio each failed step is refunded individually and the project remains usable.
Can a settlement take more than my balance?
No. If a job costs more than its estimate, only a limited extra is collected: never above the maximum you were shown, and never more than your available balance. You still receive the finished work.
Do outputs carry a watermark?
No. Translation and dubbing output is always delivered without any branding, and there is no cheaper branded tier to choose.
Is there a minimum charge?
No. Each charge follows the real cost of that piece of work; there is no minimum per project.
Can I see the cost before paying?
Yes. On the project page the estimate updates as you change options, and before you confirm you see the estimate and the most the job can cost.
