Booq's forms have many options, and each one changes the result: the subtitle style, the voice, the image format, where a project pauses for your review. You should not have to leave the page to find out what an option does. That is why every Booq tool now comes with its own guide, built into the app and written in Persian, English and Arabic.
Help comes in three steps. A hint answers the quick question in a sentence or two, the full guide explains a tool from start to finish, and support is there when a person needs to look at your account.
The ⓘ hint beside an option
Next to many option labels you will see a small ⓘ. Point at it with a mouse, or tap it on a phone, and a short note opens: what the option does and what it changes in your result. The note opens over the form without touching anything you have entered, and it closes when you move on, press Escape or tap somewhere else.
When the short note is not enough, “Read more in the guide” opens the full guide at exactly that option, so you never have to search for it. The hint works from the keyboard too: move to it with Tab and press Enter or Space.

The full guide
Each tool's form, its review steps and its main pages have a “How it works” button, or a small guide button next to the title. The first time you reach a tool, a short note also asks whether you are new to it and offers to open its guide; close it once and it does not come back on that browser.
On a phone the guide opens as a sheet from the bottom of the screen, with “On this page” to jump between its sections; the Back button closes it and leaves you exactly where you were. On a larger screen it opens as a two-pane window: the contents on one side, marking the section you are reading, and the guide on the other.
Inside a guide you can search all of its sections, options and questions, and the search understands the small spelling differences Persian and Arabic readers type without noticing. Each guide explains when to use the tool, what every option changes and how it is billed, adds tips, examples and common questions, and ends with related guides.
Linking straight to an option
An open guide is part of the page address, so it can be shared, it survives a reload and it closes with Back. “Copy link to this section” copies an address that opens the same page with the guide at the same part: send it to a colleague, or keep it for later.
When you follow such a link, the guide opens at that part and briefly outlines the option it points to. If that part no longer exists, the guide opens at its start and tells you so.
Live prices in guides
Where a guide quotes a price, it reads it from the same public price list as the pricing page at the moment you open it; nobody types numbers into a guide. How a service is billed is explained in the same words everywhere, taken from that service's own settings, so a change in billing reaches the guides at once.
Prices in a guide are list prices before any discount. An active campaign or a discount code can lower what you pay, and the estimate on the form already includes it. How an estimate becomes the final charge is explained in how Booq charges.
A guide for every tool
Guides cover the tools you create with and the pages around your work:
- Creating projects: media download, video translation, transcription, multi-speaker translation, podcasts, images, music, songs and the AI Video Studio.
- Around your work: getting started, your project page, the wallet and payments, the library and storage, and the Showcase and sharing.
- A tool that is not available yet has no guide either; its guide arrives together with the tool.
Every guide is listed under “Help guides” on the support page of your account, so you can read one before you start a project. Each guide is written in Persian, English and Arabic, and opens in the language you use Booq in.
Offline, and after an update
A guide you have opened once is saved on your device and opens again without a connection, which helps in the installed app. If a guide has not been saved yet, it says so and asks you to connect once.
When a newer version of Booq is out and a guide needs it, the guide says so and offers to update. Save anything you are working on first, because updating reloads the page.
What guides do not do
- They do not see your account, projects or wallet: they explain options, not your data.
- They do not choose for you or change anything in a form.
- They do not replace the estimate on the form: that figure is what your job is held against.
- They do not hold a conversation; for anything about your own account or project, write to support.

Frequently asked questions
Do guides cost anything?
No. Guides are part of the app and free to read.
Where do I find the guide for a tool?
On the tool's form, use “How it works” or the guide button next to the title, or open the list under “Help guides” on the support page.
Can I send someone a link to one option?
Yes. In the guide, use “Copy link to this section”. The link opens the same page with the guide at that part.
Are the prices in guides up to date?
Yes. They are read from the public price list when you open the guide. They are list prices before discounts; the estimate on the form is what counts.
Do guides work offline?
A guide you have opened once is saved on your device and opens without a connection.
Which languages are guides written in?
Persian, English and Arabic, following the language you use Booq in.
